Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel within 24 hours of booking — as long as their check-in date is at least 72 hours away — will not incur cancellation penalty.
Third Party Bookings
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the booking platform used to make the reservation. Please note that these platform policies may differ from our own, and any applicable fees will be determined by the platform through.
Refund Process
Refunds for eligible bookings will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation. Refund may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, subject to varying bank processing times.
